Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using CirroGuide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

CirroGuide is a mobile application that helps users understand, manage, and optimize their cloud storage across supported providers including Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. The App provides storage summaries, duplicate file detection, file previews, and cleanup tools.

3. Account and authentication

CirroGuide uses your Google account for sign-in and may connect to third-party cloud providers via their official OAuth flows. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials. CirroGuide does not store your cloud provider passwords.

4. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to delete or modify through CirroGuide. While CirroGuide provides preview and confirmation features, you should verify files before taking irreversible actions. CirroGuide is not responsible for accidental data loss resulting from user-initiated deletions.

5. Premium features and subscriptions

CirroGuide may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective app store's policies.

6. Intellectual property

CirroGuide and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Navneet Kumar and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

7. Third-party services

CirroGuide integrates with third-party services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. CirroGuide is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

CirroGuide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navneet Kumar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your accounts.

9. Modifications to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CirroGuide at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
